Employment Requirements
Our initial requirements are that you have your ASE Certification and a valid driver’s license. Submit proof of any certifications you have with your resume, including all ASE Certifications. Our technicians must have their own tools, though the shop provides diagnostic equipment.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
Your owner’s manual will tell you when to bring your vehicle to MB Automotive Services for VW & Audi repair & maintenance. If you no longer have an owner’s manual or it doesn’t list a preventative maintenance service, call the shop with your vehicle make, model and VIN, and we can look it up for you. Maintenance includes:
- Using diagnostic equipment to diagnose driveability issues.
- Repairing various vehicle systems, including steering, suspension, electrical, brakes, engine repair, fuel, transmission repair, alignments, ignition, cooling, heating and air conditioning.
- Conducting vehicle inspections.
- Conducting vehicle maintenance.
- Customer service.
- Using digital vehicle inspection software.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
They must also have at least a basic understanding of vehicle repairs so they can answer customers’ questions.
Our customer service representative responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments.
- Providing information about our services.
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient operations.
- Ordering parts.
- Doing inventory.
SERVICE ADVISOR
Our service advisors are the point of contact between customers and technicians. They provide guidance and exceptional service in addition to providing a crucial role in ensuring every customer is satisfied.
Service advisor responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers with automotive service needs.
- Explain service recommendations.
- Provide cost estimates.
- Coordinate appointments.
- Manage service schedules.
- Collaborate with the customer service representative on scheduling customers.
- Scheduling auto technicians.
- Communicating with technicians regarding repairs.
- Sending customers information about their repairs via the CRM.
- Discussing repairs with customers.
- Answering repair questions and concerns.
